How many plates and glasses should I buy to open a cafe with sandwiches, salads, juices and desserts?

Hi, I plan to open a small restaurant which will offer gourmet sandwiches, salads, dessert, juices and coffee. The restaurants cappacity is up to 45 people aprox. Thanks!

buy approx 200 of everything then you have spares incase of breakages to start and plenty to turnaround while crock is being cleaned - dont forget the dishwasher!
5 dz of each except the dessert plates. I would only get 2 dz of those as many people don’t eat dessert.
The rule of thumb I heard was 4 times the amount of seats… one to serve, one to wash, one to be plating for the next guy, and a spare for whatever is dropped..
ya i’d go with 200 because that is 4 times the amount of seats and you have 20 extra
get aprox 200 plates as most people have food, 200 incase of broken ones and aprox 150 cups as not all people have tea or coffee
