Maybe coffee beans and some other coffee related items, such as a fancy mug, or little sspresso cups. top it with coffee or hazelnut candles..

can you get some coffee plant branches, with the red coffeee grains on them?

How about some empty coffe sacs with the different flags you get your coffee from, and then some coffee beans?

Filling it with coffee beans sounds great to me…….add some succulents, you can replant them after the event. The green would look GREAT against the color of the beans.

Those tiny pebble/rocks look great to fill up vases.
Ive seen these ‘flowers’, although i dont think they are actual flowers. They are kinda like red grass. They look beautiful + simple, and are extremely modern. It depends on what else you have in the room and what colour the walls are painted though.

dry the coffee grounds from every pot you make. fill vase with the used grounds…then add a layer of fresh beans on top.

you can ask your local coffee house to let you have their used grounds to collect them quickly.

    hope this helps.
